Manual DDS updating was consuming hours of team time every day — with double entries needed across internal systems and external customer platforms. Sinaxosoft automated the entire shipment update flow using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and AI triggers, reducing time per shipment to near-zero and ensuring real-time data accuracy.
The Problem
Freight teams had to manually extract shipment data from emails, documents, and portals to fill out DDS — across multiple shipment modes (Air/Sea, Perishable/Frozen). This created delays, increased workload, and frequent data entry mistakes.
